Description
RIO LightLine is designed to load a little slower on more traditional rods, such as bamboo and fiberglass rods. The weight of the line is fully in accordance with the industry standard and thus will not overload these rods, even on slightly longer casts. The weight distribution and the short forward taper means that the line loads your rod quickly at short distances - this makes the line ideal for fishing in a little less water.
The line is also available as double taped (DT).
Dualtone: The line is two-tone to give you an indication of the optimal position to shoot.
Front & Back Welded Loop: The line has factory made loops on both ends to quickly connect to leader and backing.
Maxcast
MaxCast is a water-repellent coating that ensures the line floats high, shoots longer, stays clean and increases the overall life of the line.
Max Float Tip
Maxfloat Tip is a technology that makes the tip of your fly line float twice as high as a normal tip, without increasing the diameter.
AgentX
AgentX is a fly line with two layers where the core is made of floating micro material for further increased buoyancy and durability.
